| Artist's recommended maintenance | ・If dirt bothers you, wipe with a tightly wrung-out cloth. When washing with water, avoid using detergent. ・If it becomes whitish and flaky, apply vegetable oil to kitchen paper or a cloth. (Walnut oil, safflower oil, perilla oil, etc. Olive oil does not dry.) If the flaky texture is still bothersome, polish it with sandpaper of about 320 grit and apply oil. ・The color will become more beautiful as you use it and take care of it. |

Overheating can lead to cracks, deformation, and even a fire. - Oil finishes are not completely water resistant. - Do not leave the item submerged in water or with wet items inside. Placing wet items inside can cause the item to warp. Stains will appear in about 15 minutes. - UV rays can cause discoloration, deterioration, and deformation, so please store out of direct sunlight. - Please note that the edges are prone to chipping. - Prices may be subject to revision by the artist or potter. |

Aizawa Wood Crafts/KITO
Founded in 1947 in Wajima City, Ishikawa Prefecture, as a woodcarver specializing in lacquerware base materials.
2013: Started manufacturing and selling original wooden products.
