Things to know before purchasing

The unique character of each piece of pottery is created by features not found in mass-produced items, such as spots, fading, uneven glaze, shading, and shape variations. Handmade pottery is not perfectly uniform, and each piece has slight variations in color, size, and shape, with pinholes, crazing, and distortion. The charm of handmade pottery lies in the fact that no two pieces are exactly alike. These are also the unique characteristics of handmade pottery, so enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime encounter. [Individual Differences] Since each piece is handmade, there may be individual differences in shape, size, thickness, etc. [Color Variations/Baking Variations] Since the glaze is applied by hand, the application may not be uniform. When firing, temperatures vary depending on where in the kiln they are fired, resulting in uneven firing. [Other Notes]

〇Due to the nature of lacquered items, peeling of the decorative clay may occur with use, as shown in the photo.
〇Products that have passed inspection by the pottery manufacturer or artist are inspected again before being delivered to customers.
