Finished using a technique called suri-urushi, which involves applying a thin coat of raw lacquer to the wood to bring out the beauty of the wood grain. Although the product is thoroughly dried before shipping, there may be cases where the smell of the paint is noticeable. If this happens, take it out of the box and leave it in a well-ventilated place out of the sun for a few days, and the problem will go away. ・When using for the first time, please add warm water and let it get used to for about 2 to 3 minutes before use. ・Use water or lukewarm water and gently wash with a soft cloth or sponge, making sure not to scrub too much. ・Do not wash with metal scrubbers, abrasive sponges, cleansers, etc.
