Elegant appearance

A medium plate that brightens up your dining table. The dyed pattern is ``Ransei-iro,'' which has the highest saturation among indigo blues and is bluer than indigo. By incorporating new techniques into traditional dyeing, it has an appearance that fits well with modern dining tables. The silver color applied here and there creates an elegant atmosphere.

For everyday dining and celebrations

Separate the fried chicken and meat and potatoes on a large plate. It's the perfect size for placing side dishes for one person or using it as a serving plate. It would also be nice to top it with Japanese sweets such as Kashiwamochi or Warabimochi. The auspicious patterns are also useful for celebrations such as New Year's and longevity. They can also be stacked, so you can keep multiple copies for your family or guests.

Things you should know before purchasing

What creates the expression of a pottery is things that cannot be seen in mass-produced items, such as spots, scratches, unevenness in the glaze, shading, and bending of the shape. Also, silver-colored vessels will discolor to yellow or black even if they are not used. Please consider the change in color as a sign of taste and individuality, and enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime encounter. 【Individual difference】 As each piece is drawn by hand, there may be slight differences in the pattern and color shading. [Uneven color/uneven baking] The way the glaze is applied and the thickness of the lines may not be uniform. [Other notes] 〇Products that have passed inspection by the pottery and artist are inspected again and delivered to the customer. ■For more information, please see here. What you need to know before purchasing

The appearance of vessels is created by spots, blurs, unevenness of glaze, shading, and deflection of shape, which cannot be found in mass-produced vessels. The charm of handmade vessels lies in the fact that no two vessels are exactly alike, with pinholes, penetrations, distortions, and the like, and that the colors, size, and shape of each piece vary slightly from one to another. The coloring, size, and shape of each piece is slightly different, and the charm of handmade vessels lies in the fact that they are not exactly the same. Individual differences
The finish is relatively uniform, but because it is handmade, there are individual differences in shape, size, color, and so on. Uneven color/uneven firing
Because the glaze is applied by hand, the glaze may not be applied evenly. The firing process is also uneven because the temperature varies depending on the firing location in the kiln. Other Notes
Some pieces have engraving on the reverse side of the piece, while others do not. Please note that we are unable to make any specifications. Please note that we are not able to specify which side has the engraving on it. Please click here for more details. Characteristics of Utsuwa and what you need to understand when purchasing
