The good thing about it is that the entire inside is coated with glaze, making it stain-resistant and easy to maintain. Since we use Iga clay, which has a high heat retention capacity, we cook the ingredients slowly to the core, preserving the flavor and creating delicious dishes. Recommended maintenance by the potter	・Eye closure is required before beginning to use. ・Wash with a neutral detergent, and after washing, turn the bottom side up and dry thoroughly. Insufficient drying may cause clogging and mold.

In 1832, a kiln was opened in Marubashira, Iga City, Mie Prefecture. Iga ware

Iga ware is a type of ceramic made around Iga City, Mie Prefecture. The soil used is produced from the Old Biwa Lake layer and has a very high fire resistance. Because it is also excellent at storing heat, it is widely used in the production of earthenware pots and heat-resistant tableware. Earthenware pots made from Iga clay, which has a high heat retention capacity, do not cool down easily even after being removed from the heat, allowing the ingredients to cook thoroughly, resulting in delicious dishes.
