Plates that charm you with the handiwork of craftsmen

A small octagonal plate with a fawn dancing happily surrounded by maple leaves. The colorful maple leaves painted all over the surface of the plate look like a small painting. The little blue fawn in the center is so adorable. The vermilion pattern all around the hill gives it a somewhat oriental feel. If you have one, it will become an accent on your dining table and make a simple dish look gorgeous.

As an accent for the dining table

The perfect size for when you want to add a little something like sesame dressing or dipping sauce. For breakfast, have small pickled plums. When serving a hot pot, add condiments such as green onions. It's also a good idea to add snacks such as nuts or pickles to give your chopsticks a rest. It's also great when sprinkled with salt and served with plump fried shrimp tempura. Small plates are easy to incorporate cute designs and interesting shapes, and you will want to collect them.

About the style and atmosphere

Although it has a Japanese-style appearance, its colorful expressions give it an oriental feel. Porcelain is durable and easy to handle, and its light weight and thickness make it easy to use on a daily basis. I also like that it can be used in the microwave and dishwasher. It is a pottery that naturally fits modern lifestyles while retaining its traditional charm. ■Others, list page. Please find your favorite. Arita ware list page Blissful snack time. Arita ware

Arita ware is porcelain manufactured in Arita Town, Saga Prefecture, and its surrounding areas. It is said to be the first porcelain made in Japan, and has been widely used as tableware and crafts for over 400 years. Arita ware has a strong image of transparent white porcelain and decoration, but there are also many vessels that use brightly colored glazes, giving a rich variety of colors to your dining table.

What you need to know before purchasing

The appearance of items is created by spots, blurs, unevenness of glaze, shading, and deflection of shape, which cannot be found in mass-produced items.
The charm of handmade items lies in the fact that no two items are exactly alike, with pinholes, penetrations, distortions, and the like, and that the colors, size, and shape of each piece vary slightly from one to another.
The coloring, size, and shape of each piece is slightly different, and the charm of handmade items lies in the fact that they are not exactly the same.
The finish is relatively uniform, but because it is handmade, there are individual differences in shape, size, color, and so on. Uneven color/uneven firing
Because the glaze is applied by hand, the glaze may not be applied evenly. The firing process is also uneven because the temperature varies depending on the firing location in the kiln. Other Notes
Some pieces have engraving on the reverse side of the piece, while others do not. Please note that we are unable to make any specifications.
