Tasteful appearance

A deep bowl with a rhythmic pattern of polka dots. The soft color of the material and the pale light blue and brown patterns line the edges, creating a very gentle atmosphere. Each polka dot has a different shape, creating a unique look in a simple style. The body has a shinogi pattern, and the uneven texture fits comfortably in your hand. Although it is made of porcelain, it has a clay-like texture and has a warm feel to it.

Perfect for noodles

It's the perfect size for serving side dishes for 2 to 3 people, such as sweet and sour pork or lightly simmered chicken wings. Since it has a good depth, it is also useful when eating ramen or soba. It goes well with not only Japanese food, but also Western and ethnic dishes such as ratatouille and pho. It can also be stacked for storage, so you can have multiple pieces for your family or guests. If you surround the table with matching utensils, it will be the best feast ever.

Things you should know before purchasing

What creates the expression of a pottery are spots, scratches, unevenness in the glaze, shading, and bending of the shape that cannot be seen in mass-produced products. The charm of handmade pottery is that it may have pinholes, intrusions, distortions, etc., and is not perfectly arranged, but each one is slightly different in color, size, and shape, and no two are exactly the same. Please enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime encounter as these are the unique characteristics of handmade pottery. 【Individual difference】 Because each item is handmade, there may be individual differences in shape, size, thickness, color, etc. [Uneven color/uneven baking] Because the glaze is applied by hand, it may not be applied evenly, resulting in uneven coloring. During firing, the temperature varies depending on the location of the kiln, resulting in uneven firing.
