Once boiled quickly, serve straight to the table

This one-handed porridge pot has a high heat storage capacity and will stay piping hot even after you move it to the dining table. The ingredients can be boiled in no time, so you can easily make stews or soups for 1 or 2 people. You can serve it straight to the table once it's finished, which makes cleaning up easier. It's small in size and has a handle, so it's easy to move and can be stored anywhere.

Also suitable for oven cooking

Just the right size for a bowl of rice porridge. Boiled tofu and nyumen are also good when you want a light meal. Since it is compatible with open flames and ovens, it can be used not only for stews and soups, but also for stews such as beef stew and onion gratin soup. Even after the fire is turned off, the residual heat keeps it from cooling down, and the freshly-made taste continues until the end.

About the style and atmosphere

Each earthenware pot is carefully made using potter's clay from the Old Biwako layer, a stratum in the Mie production area. The deep texture and cute shape of Iga soil complements both Japanese and Western dishes. It has excellent heat storage and heat retention, so it cooks quickly and does not cool down quickly, and the far infrared effect makes the food mellow. ■You can also view Iga ware pottery here. What you need to know before purchasing

The appearance of vessels is created by spots, blurs, unevenness of glaze, shading, and deflection of shape, which cannot be found in mass-produced vessels. The charm of handmade vessels lies in the fact that no two vessels are exactly alike, with pinholes, penetrations, distortions, and the like, and that the colors, size, and shape of each piece vary slightly from one to another. The coloring, size, and shape of each piece is slightly different, and the charm of handmade vessels lies in the fact that they are not exactly the same. Individual differences
The finish is relatively uniform, but because it is handmade, there are individual differences in shape, size, color, and so on. Uneven color/uneven firing
Because the glaze is applied by hand, the glaze may not be applied evenly. The firing process is also uneven because the temperature varies depending on the firing location in the kiln. Other Notes
