Pique pattern full of tiny triangles

A square plate with a cute triangular pique pattern. The design, which looks like a pique pattern pasted together with some overlap, gives the impression that it is a handcrafted vessel. It has a modern look typical of Hasami ware, and is the perfect size for snack plates, serving plates, etc. The pique pattern of this ORIME series is made of ceramic, which is unusual for Hasami ware, which is often made of porcelain, so it retains the soft atmosphere of earthenware. The texture is like a mixture of dark brown and dark blue, and depending on how it's baked, you can enjoy the fun of grilling, with the dark brown being stronger or the dark blue being stronger.

For small servings or individual plates

Top with daifuku, manju, cream puffs, etc. You can serve it with side dishes or use it as a plate. Square plates add variety and rhythm to your dining table. After serving, the pique pattern on the bottom is so adorable.

About the style and atmosphere

The "ORIME" series is made with textile motifs. The "pique" pattern is based on the white spot pattern seen on the back of a baby deer. [A] has an overall impression of a blue-white color, while [B] has a reddish tinge, giving it an earthy look. The pattern is made using a stamp, and the design looks like pasted fabrics together, giving it an interesting handcrafted feel. In order to express the feel of the material of the cloth, the design intentionally utilizes overlaps and unevenness. We hope you enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime encounter, where no two items are the same. ■You can also view the ORIME series vessels here. ORIME list page ■Others, list page. Please find your favorite. What you need to know before purchasing

The appearance of items is created by spots, blurs, unevenness of glaze, shading, and deflection of shape, which cannot be found in mass-produced items.
The charm of handmade items lies in the fact that no two items are exactly alike, with pinholes, penetrations, distortions, and the like, and that the colors, size, and shape of each piece vary slightly from one to another.
The coloring, size, and shape of each piece is slightly different, and the charm of handmade items lies in the fact that they are not exactly the same.
The finish is relatively uniform, but because it is handmade, there are individual differences in shape, size, color, and so on. Uneven color/uneven firing
Because the glaze is applied by hand, the glaze may not be applied evenly. The firing process is also uneven because the temperature varies depending on the firing location in the kiln. Other Notes
