Great as a gift with a lucky charm motif

A uniquely shaped medium bowl with a relaxed arabesque pattern. The patterns are painted one by one by craftsmen, and no two pieces are the same. If you look closely, you can see the brush marks and feel the warmth of handiwork. The gently spreading edges are close to circular, but they are not circular, and the curvature is not uniform. Another benefit is that the edges are wide and wide, making it easy to hold. The slightly deformed and tasteful shape is attractive.

For side dishes and snacks

The perfect size for serving side dishes such as boiled pumpkin and stewed vegetables. You can enjoy not only Japanese food, but also salads, mapo tofu, and any other type of cuisine. There are individual differences in the degree of warping, but stacking is also possible. It's a good idea to keep multiple copies for your family and guests.

About the style and atmosphere

The karakusa series is a modern arrangement of "Kurawanka", which can be said to be the origin of Hasami. The bold yet delicate dyeing of Gosu conveys the traditional beauty of Hasami to the present day. It is a pottery that naturally fits modern lifestyles while retaining its traditional charm. In some cases, the color of the higher ground may be lighter. Also, as shown in the photo, there may be some unevenness in the glaze, but this does not pose a problem for use. ■You can view the dyed vessels here. Sometsuke list page ■Others, list page. What you need to know before purchasing

The appearance of vessels is created by spots, blurs, unevenness of glaze, shading, and deflection of shape, which cannot be found in mass-produced vessels. The charm of handmade vessels lies in the fact that no two vessels are exactly alike, with pinholes, penetrations, distortions, and the like, and that the colors, size, and shape of each piece vary slightly from one to another. The coloring, size, and shape of each piece is slightly different, and the charm of handmade vessels lies in the fact that they are not exactly the same. Individual differences
The finish is relatively uniform, but because it is handmade, there are individual differences in shape, size, color, and so on. Uneven color/uneven firing
Because the glaze is applied by hand, the glaze may not be applied evenly. The firing process is also uneven because the temperature varies depending on the firing location in the kiln. Other Notes
Some pieces have engraving on the reverse side of the piece, while others do not. Please note that we are unable to make any specifications. Please note that we are not able to specify which side has the engraving on it. Please click here for more details. Characteristics of Utsuwa and what you need to understand when purchasing
