A Japanese-style tableware that you want to use every day

This rice bowl has a beautiful luster and an impressive pattern on the waist. A deep olive green with a mossy, nostalgic feel. The color becomes deeper where the glaze pools form, and the edges are a little lighter. The shading of the glaze gives expression to the pottery. When you pick up the rice bowl, the shinogi pattern on the waist looks like a flower blooming in the palm of your hand, making you feel warm and relaxed every time you pick up the rice bowl. The muted color that can be enjoyed by both men and women makes white rice even more delicious.

Recommended maintenance by the pottery ・For overpainted products, avoid using the dishwasher and wash them by hand with a soft cloth or sponge. Doing so may cause red, gold, or silver paint to peel off or darken.
・After using the utensils, wash them as soon as possible and dry them thoroughly. Insufficient drying may cause mold and odors.
Product characteristics/
Handling precautions
・As it is handmade, there may be individual differences in color, shape, size, thickness, etc.
・Since the painting and glazing work is done by hand, there may be slight differences in the pattern, color shading, glaze color, and application method.
・Since the soil contains a lot of iron, there may be small light brown or black dots on the surface of the pot, but this does not cause any problem in use.
・Recommended for those who want to enjoy the warm texture that is unique to handmade products, each with a different look.
・Since it does not absorb water, it is difficult to get stains, mold, etc., and is easy to handle.
・Depending on the number of years of use, small scratches from forks and knives may become noticeable (especially since olive glaze is soft).
・Prices may be reviewed or revised depending on the artist or pottery.

Things you should know before purchasing

What creates the expression of a pottery are spots, scratches, unevenness in the glaze, shading, and bending of the shape that cannot be seen in mass-produced products. The charm of handmade pottery is that it may have pinholes, intrusions, distortions, etc., and is not perfectly arranged, but each one is slightly different in color, size, and shape, and no two are exactly the same. Please enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime encounter as these are the unique characteristics of handmade pottery. 【Individual difference】 Because each item is handmade, there may be individual differences in shape, size, color, etc. [Uneven color/uneven baking] Since the glaze is applied one by one by hand, the glaze may not be applied evenly. During firing, the temperature varies depending on the location of the kiln, resulting in uneven firing. [Other notes] 〇The soil contains a lot of iron, and small light brown or black dots may appear on the surface. 〇Products that have passed inspection by the pottery and artist are inspected again and delivered to the customer.

Arita ware, which used to be used for special occasions, can now be used on a daily basis. This idea is reflected in the price range and design.
