Lemon plate that brightens up your dining table

Freshly picked lemons are now turned into plates. Matte yellow with a smooth texture and not too bright. It's going to be fun just thinking about what to serve today.

A versatile plate that can be used as a main dish or a snack

I think the good thing about oval plates is that they are easy to use. Great for any occasion, such as appetizer plates, serving plates, cake plates, etc. Salmon meuniere is lightly grilled with butter, placed on top of mizuna, and then drizzled with cream sauce. The edges are slightly raised, so you don't have to worry about pouring a lot of sauce on it. If you're looking for a hot sandwich filled with melty cheese and bacon, it's the perfect size if you cut it in half and share. If you're looking for a snack plate, a fruit-filled tart might be a good option. The bright color of lemon goes well with colorful fruits.

sen

It started in 2010 as a new product line of "Yakimono Kobo Kyosen" located in Hasami Town, Nagasaki Prefecture. With the theme of ``things that add color to various everyday scenes'', we strive to create items that bring the charm of pottery closer to you. The sen series is made of pottery that is fired at a high temperature of 1270 degrees, which makes the clay hard and compact, so it is characterized by its strength even with china clay. (*Porcelain clay is used for Hashioki only.)

What you need to know before purchasing

The appearance of items is created by spots, blurs, unevenness of glaze, shading, and deflection of shape, which cannot be found in mass-produced items.
The charm of handmade items lies in the fact that no two items are exactly alike, with pinholes, penetrations, distortions, and the like, and that the colors, size, and shape of each piece vary slightly from one to another.
The coloring, size, and shape of each piece is slightly different, and the charm of handmade items lies in the fact that they are not exactly the same.
The finish is relatively uniform, but because it is handmade, there are individual differences in shape, size, color, and so on. Uneven color/uneven firing
Because the glaze is applied by hand, the glaze may not be applied evenly. The firing process is also uneven because the temperature varies depending on the firing location in the kiln. Other Notes
Some pieces have engraving on the reverse side of the piece, while others do not. Please note that we are unable to make any specifications. Please note that we are not able to specify which side has the engraving on it. Please click here for more details. What you need to know when buying Japanese tableware.
