This is a long rectangular plate with an ash glaze that gives it the appearance of an antique. 
It is made with natural materials and has a natural finish, so you can see spots here and there, and even though it is plain, it has a texture that gives it a very attractive look. The slightly bluish color is subtle but complements the dishes. It is made using domestic natural pottery stone from the Amakusa region of Kumamoto Prefecture. It has a smooth and comfortable texture that fits comfortably in your hand. Porcelain items are easy to clean and are resistant to oil and dirt stains, making them useful for everyday dining.
Long square plate suitable for Japanese cuisine
The perfect size for serving soup-wrapped eggs, grilled fish, etc. It might be a good idea to arrange several kinds of obanzai side by side.
