About the style and atmosphere
Chopsticks made using bamboo from abandoned bamboo forests in Kyushu. Bamboo has a higher fiber density than wood, making it a material that does not easily break even when the tip is cut into a fine shape. Another good point is that soy sauce and other sauces do not easily transfer color. Furthermore, by smoking the material for a long time using irori smoke, the fibers become harder, making the material more durable and resistant to insects. The unique texture that looks like carbonization is also attractive. Since it is made of natural bamboo, each material has its own unique appearance.
